Objective Design and Development Standards

The City of Carmel-by-the-Sea (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to develop objective design and development standards for qualifying accessory dwelling units, multi-family residential, and mixed-use residential projects. Consultants may either be individuals or firms. The selected professional will be required to meet City contracting and insurance requirements.
