Carmel Beach during Covid-19

CARMEL BEACH RULES – Updated 10/12/2020

In an effort to keep visitors and residents safe, at its regular meeting held October 6, 2020 the City Council amended Order 20-2 issued by the City Administrator. This Order provides the rules for use of the beaches in the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea and provides the Police Department with the necessary authority to issue an Administrative Citation for each violation.
