Come join the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea’s Holiday Celebrations on Friday, December 6, 2019.

Sunset Center Community Holiday Party, 3:00-5:00 p.m.  Enjoy lobby performances by Monterey Peninsula Ballet Theatre, complimentary hot beverages and cookies, and take a free professional photo in front of the Festive Holiday Tree.  Sunset Center is located on San Carlos between 8th & 10th Streets.  For more information contact Sunset Center at 831-620-2048 or www.sunsetcenter.org 

City of Carmel Tree Lighting Celebration, 3:00-6:00 p.m.  Santa will be in Devendorf Park from 3:00-5:30 p.m., Monterey Horns will provide music.  The Menorah will be lit at 4:00 p.m.  Entertainment on the main stage begins at 4:30 p.m and includes performances by The Dance Center, Junipero Serra School Choir, Laurel Bowen, Carmel River School, Carmel High School Chamber Singers, Monterey County Dance Kids, Shane Schmidt, Sarah Galley, Myles Williams, and Debbie Davis.  The tree will be lit by the Mayor, City Council and Santa at approximately 6:00 p.m.  For more information contact Community Activities at 831-620-2020 or communityactivities@ci.carmel.ca.us

Carmel Plaza Open House, 5:30-7:30 p.m.  Festivities include live music by Johan Costelo, Martin the Magical Elf, delicious bites, warm beverages, children’s activities, and Santa.
