Kids and Teens are invited to create their own comic stories and submit them to the Salinas Public Library.  Running from June 1, 2021 – July 21, 2021, the Salinas Public Library’s Graphic Novel Contest is open to kids and teenagers from the Monterey County area. Prizes and art supplies will be awarded to the winners.
