Watch the parade on Ocean Avenue 

Wear your costume and join the other ghouls and goblins on Ocean Avenue to watch the Halloween parade starting at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2021. 

We will be staging the parade on Sixth Avenue between Mission and Junipero Streets and on Mission Street between Sixth and Ocean Avenue. This will allow us to still maintain the same parade route without jamming up all of the traffic at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Junipero Street.  If you are participating in the parade, please enter the staging area via Ocean Avenue and Mission Street. 

Parade participants will need to be in place at Devendorf Park by 3:30 p.m. The parade will begin at 4:00 p.m. More details about the line-up, etc. as we get closer to the event! 

Help make things festive downtown

Decorate your restaurant, storefront, lobby with Fall or Halloween decorations. Have candy for Trick-Or-Treaters and let them know they are welcome with our friendly ghost sign. Plan a Haunted Happy Hour. All fun and festive ideas welcome!
