What to Expect

The City of Carmel-by-the-Sea is hosting a free and open workshop for all individuals to join and educate themselves regarding recent changes, improvements and updates to the development process in Carmel by the Sea.

This meeting will encompass discussions on a range of topics, including new policies, the diverse array of permits issued by the departments, the required documentation for obtaining these permits, and guidance on accessing both the Planning and Building departments’ information on the city’s website.

All residents, designers, architects, contractors, and engineers are encouraged to register for this free event in order to participate in the experience and provide discussion and input regarding the experience with Carmel-by-the-Sea.
