Junk Journaling – Teen Event
Park Branch Library, Local History Room
Teens in 6th to 12th grade are invited to attend the first collaboration event between Teen Services and Local History! We will be creating junk journals as a way to document Carmel history in an artistic way. Junk journaling is the art of making custom, handmade books from recycled, secondhand, and everyday items. Teens are encouraged to bring any paper items relating to Carmel such as theater tickets, school flyers, newspapers, magazine clippings, and photographs to add to their journals. Space is limited and will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
This event will be at the Park Branch Library Local History Room, Mission St & 6th Ave, Carmel, Ca 93921.
