The City of Carmel-by-the-Sea will hold its annual festive Independence Day celebration on  Wednesday, July 4, 2018, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Devendorf Park, located at Ocean Avenue and Junipero Street.

The old-fashioned family gathering, features a children’s play area, food, music and dancing. 

Hot dogs, fruit, ice cream, popcorn,  drinks, chips and cookies will be provided by local civic groups. Donations will be gratefully accepted. Those coming are advised to bring blankets and chairs. 

No dogs are allowed.  No alcohol is permitted.
