CARMEL BEACH
In an effort to keep visitors and residents safe, the City
Administrator in his capacity as Director of Emergency Services
signed Order 20-2 on August 12, 2020. This Order
provides the rules for use of the beaches in the City of
Carmel-by-the-Sea and provides the Police Department with the
necessary authority to issue an Administrative Citation for each
violation.
In part, the Order provides that persons may use the
