The City is accepting applications to fill two (2) seats on the Building Code Board of Appeals:

  • 1 ADA Access Member

  • 1 Core Member (must be a General Contractor) 

Who may apply: Residents of Carmel-by-the-Sea or Sphere of Influence (Check this map to see if you live in the Sphere of Influence). 

Deadline to Apply: Friday, August 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
