Appeals

Decisions made by the Director may be appealed to the Planning Commission or Historic Resources Board by filing a Notice of Appeal Form with Community Planning & Building Department. Appeals shall be filed within the noted appeal period, and shall include paying the required filing fees as established by City Council resolution.  All appeals shall be filed by 5:00 PM on the day the appeal period ends.

Track 1 Design Study/Review

Track 1 Design Study/Review Applications are appealable for 10 calendar days.    The appeal period for Track 1 projects ends 10 calendar days after the Notice of Approval has been posted on site. The earliest date the appeal period may end is shown in parenthesis below (i.e. 10 calendar days from the approval date). Please check the posting on site for the date the appeal period ends.
