Before filling out the permit please contact our office.
Please make sure you include the following information in the Film Permit:
- Name of the person, firm or corporation employing the persons who will be performing the filming. Include the address and phone number for contact.
- Name of the person who will be responsible for the filming crew on location.
- The title and general outline of the film and its subject matter.
- The specific location of each scene to be shot involving City property.
- The date and time of anticipated arrival and departure.
- The type and number of equipment, vehicles and personnel involved.
- The extent to which sidewalks or streets will be blocked or obstructed.
- The number of parking spaces which would be occupied beyond the normal time limits, their locations and anticipated hours of required use.
- Parking stalls utilized beyond the time limit must be paid for.
- The number of Police personnel which is desired for traffic or pedestrian control or for security of equipment.
- Officers utilized for security, traffic or pedestrian control must be compensated for.
- The City requires a One Million Dollar Certificate of Liability which includes an Additional Insured Endorsement Page.
